What are the working hours? Do I have to work Australian hours?

No. That’s not healthy or sustainable. We work normal Sri Lanka (IST) hours. You can start earlier or later depending on your rhythm. The only fixed point is our daily stand-up meeting at 9:00 AM IST. Be present for meetings, be available during the day, and manage your time responsibly.

No. We’re hybrid. We believe in in-person collaboration when it adds value.

It depends on the role.

  • Sri Lanka–based roles are offered as full-time employee contracts
  • Australia-linked roles may be offered as service provider contracts

All details are clearly defined upfront.

All weekends off. All Sri Lankan public holidays off, including Poya days. We also close for the last week of December, every year. Additional leave details are outlined in your contract.

No. We respect your time, your holidays, and your personal life. We don’t work late nights or expect people to be available outside agreed hours. We believe in drawing a clear line between work and life. Family, health, and rest matter.

Structure. We use ClickUp for everything. All tasks are scoped, time-estimated, and tracked. Flexibility only works when people have self-discipline and accountability. If you struggle with managing your time or owning your work, this setup won’t feel comfortable.
